Ribbon-cutting ceremony for the luxury Outlet on Mount Titano. A shopping experience featuring internationally renowned brands, backed by an investment of over 175 million euros, to develop 130 stores across 25,000 square meters. Not to mention the large photovoltaic system, the 1,400-space parking facility, and the 1,000-square-meter “Food terrace” which, overlooking an airy plaza, will offer a wide selection of local and international flavors. The San Marino Outlet Experience was inaugurated yesterday, an economic venture promoted by Borletti Group, Aedes Siiq, Dea real estate advisor, and Vlg capital, currently comprising 80 stores distributed across an initial area of 17,000 square meters.

Among the first brands to debut, in the presence of representatives of the Government and the main Institutions of San Marino, were Roberto Cavalli, Prada, and Dolce & Gabbana.

Store Builder has created numerous retail locations. Brands include Roberto Cavalli, Twinset, Morellato, and many others. Another 10 stores will open next month.

The founders speak of an impact on the local economy estimated “at 40 million euros, with 800 people employed over time and approximately 2 million potential visitors per year.” But that’s not all. The impressive structure will also play “a promotional function, hosting a space to provide tourists and visitors with all the information about Europe’s oldest Republic.” In particular, “the Outlet aims to be a symbol of the revival of tourism and a return to the physical experience, including in commerce,” stated the president of The Market, Gabriele Cerminara.
