Today we have completed another important project. Less than five months after the end of the lockdown, we opened an Aspesi corner at El Corte Inglés in Madrid Serrano.

This marks the brand’s first new opening during a significant phase of growth.

The Store Builder team has worked with commitment and dedication over the past months to complete the project commissioned by Aspesi.

Architect Roberto Paoli developed the architectural design, perfectly interpreting the brand’s values and positioning. The result is a refined concept that is also playful, cheerful, and fresh. Our company, Store Builder, handled the project engineering, executive drawings, construction, and installation within El Corte Inglés.

The location is strategic and experiences very high foot traffic, secured thanks to a network of partners and contacts across Europe.

This Aspesi corner shop represents a prototype for a store with a sustainable concept, focusing on the use of low environmental impact materials.

In recent years, Store Builder has invested in research and experimentation to offer its clients innovative projects in terms of #ecosustainability in the construction and furnishing of retail spaces.

We designed the Aspesi project following the same philosophy: using metal structures made from recycled materials and panels produced from production residues and low-formaldehyde wood waste, finished with water-based coatings; moreover, all paints used for the furnishings are low in VOCs.

Store Builder and ER Spa are increasingly committed to supporting companies in their development journeys, especially during challenging times like the present.
