1 – Reactivation of the mechanical system / cleaning and replacement of filters
2 – Reactivation of the electrical and specialty systems / checking lights and audio speakers, with replacement if necessary
3 – COVID-19 sanitization using hydrogen peroxide
4 – Painting of walls, ceilings, and baseboards
5 – Furniture touch-ups and graphic updates
