On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, the second Fattorie Garofalo Mozzarella Bistrot in Paris was inaugurated at the Velizy2 shopping center.

The kiosk spans 50 sqm, including both the operational area and seating space. All work zones were designed to optimize daily employee activities while providing an excellent customer service experience.
The offerings vary throughout the day to meet different consumption needs: from breakfast to aperitivo, focusing on the company’s signature dishes, all made exclusively with buffalo mozzarella.
