Opening of Prosecco Caffè in London: a new concept inspired by Venetian tradition
In November 2021, during the pandemic, Store Builder was notified by a client that they no longer intended to proceed with opening a new location under their brand at the Westfield Stratford shopping center in London.
Despite this unexpected change, Store Builder seized the opportunity to develop a new concept designed to be replicated in airports and shopping centers across Europe. The project was inspired by the typical Venetian bacaro—a place where visitors can make a short stop, sip a fine DOC Prosecco or a hot drink, and enjoy sweet and savory dishes from Venetian culinary tradition.
Prosecco Caffè London Stratford, located within the famous shopping center that welcomes over 50 million visitors each year, offers an inclusive and family-friendly environment, perfect for those seeking a quality break. The venue stands out for its wide selection of prosecco-based cocktails and traditional Venetian cicchetti—small sweet and savory dishes that reflect the authenticity of Italian tradition.
Thanks to the success of this first location, Store Builder decided to open a second Prosecco Caffè in the heart of London, in Soho. This new venue will serve as the flagship of the chain, becoming the brand’s reference point as it aims to further expand across the UK and Europe.
