Victoria’s Secret – Rome

By | Fashion Trends, New Opening

Store Builder has developed various formats for the management of Temporary Stores, especially within airports, outlets and shopping centers: one of these is the Dynamic Shop. It is a concept designed for high traffic locations with small square meters. Therefore, the advantages of this model are many: ease and speed of assembly and disassembly of the structure itself. This implies a modularity of the elements, with consequent adaptability to the specific layout and the possibility of reuse, amortizing the investment.

This is the case of the new Victoria’s Secret temporary store, inside Rome Fiumicino airport. Store Builder set up the pre-existing structure to adapt it to the needs of the Brand, all in 4 working days.

New Outlet in San Marino

By | New Opening

A shopping experience with internationally renowned brands, against an investment of over 175 million euros, to develop a total of 130 planned stores on 25 thousand meters. Without forgetting the large photovoltaic system, the 1400 parking space and the “Food terrace” of one thousand square meters which, overlooking an airy square, will offer a wide range of local and international flavors. The San Marino Outlet Experience was inaugurated yesterday, an economic reality promoted by Borletti Group, Aedes Sisiq, Dea real estate advisor and Vlg capital, which currently includes 80 stores spread over a first area of 17 thousand square meters.

Among the first brands to debut, in the presence of representatives of the Government and the main institutions of San Marino, Roberto Cavalli, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana.

Store Builder has built numerous outlets. Among the brands we mention Roberto Cavalli, Twinset, Morellato and many others. Another 10 stores will open next month.

Thus the founders speak of an impact on the local economy estimated “at 40 million euros, with 800 people employed over time and about 2 million potential visitors in a year”. But that’s not enough. As the imposing structure will also play “a promotional function, hosting a space to provide tourists and visitors with all the information on the oldest Republic of Europe”. In particular, “the Outlet wants to be a symbol of the restart of tourism and a return to physical experience, even in commerce,” said the president of The Market, Gabriele Cerminara.

Facile.it

By | New Opening

Store Builder has created a new store for the Facile.it brand! The first insurance comparator in Italy asked us to create a new location on the street, inside a historic building in the city center of Trieste.
The work for the new Facile.it store lasted only 3 weeks, the result of the collaboration between our technical department, the brand and the design studio. In Trieste we took care of the construction of the building and plant works, restoring the structure.
We also had the furniture and internal glazed boxes produced to divide the space into different offices; all clearly respecting the original concept of the brand.
Finally, we created the preparation of the entire store as regards the graphic and communication aspects.
